Lindsey Lipsky, M.Ed., founded NeuroInclusive Consulting after more than 20 years of work as an inclusion community director, special educator, literacy coach, consultant, and Neurodiversity advocate. With experience across public and private schools, nonprofits, faith communities, and community organizations, Lindsey helps bridge the gap between awareness and meaningful action.

Her work includes supporting parents as they navigate IEP and 504 plans, consulting with schools and organizations, and helping nonprofits, businesses, and community spaces build more inclusive, practical, and sustainable systems.
